Why the Earth rotates so fast?
While there are many reasons contributing to Earth’s faster pace, one of the reasons is the melting and refreezing of ice caps on the world’s tallest mountains. Due to this, there’s less weight on the poles. Apart from climate, it could also be related to processes in Earth’s inner or outer layers, oceans or tides.
